Automated Recycling

I just started OGame and every single Resource is worth a lot for me.
So I wanted to know how to enable the Recycler to search fields and harvest them?
I checked the "Enable Recycler" Box hat Hunter Tab but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

The Recycler is an addition to Farming Bot and Hunter, both of them are generating galaxy scans, the Recycler will try to monitor debris and recycle them according to configs.
The easiest way to trigger the Recycler in your case is: OA -> Payer Database : Start Scan for galaxy X from x to y ...
