Fleet Saver, how does it work ?
« on: September 12, 2009, 06:05:26 AM »

immediately after attack detection,
1. OA tries to determine witch planet is attacked, and WHILE you have any ships on attacked Planet => point 2
2. determine on witch planet OA can save your fleet
a. you have only one planet, save the fleet on ATTACKER PLANET
b. you have more then one planet, save the fleet on the more far planet from attacked (of cause OA determine have you or not needed deuterium for the trip)
3. OA Stops current job, if there is any
4. OA Starts to Save the fleet by defining Scheduled Task with Get All Res., Get All Ships, Speed 10%

dose the FS recalculate to take into account ACS attacks? IE.. if someone sends 1 LF and then adds 500 BS to it later...will FS detect the new threat?

I don't think you want to have auto-recall.  People notice that sort of behavior, and if it's reported, a GOs can easily test and determine that you're using a script.

But thats the normal behavior.
If I'm online and somebody attacks me I save my fleet to the nearest planet and call it back so that my fleet comes back after the attack.

but it would not be normal to happen over and over no matter where i attacked you at any time.  if you had 50 probes at every colony and i found you fleetsaved and recalled all of them regularly, that to me would not be a human on the other end.

Recall: What about a function that recall on an interval, that makes it a different time each time oa fleetsave.

If there is in use the bot to attack the inactives, what if we got attacked but there is no slot left to fleet save?
