Problems regarding automatic Transport

Hi, ive got a problem with the automatic transport.

I have two planets which are res provider and they've got nothing in their buildqueue.

He doesnt send any resources to the third planet or do i misunderstand anything.
The displayed resources available of the first planet are also displayed wrong in the lower part of the picture.



Could anyone explain this issue or is it normal ?!

read the guide, min amount for the transportation is 5.000

a research is in progress, and the next investment is a research, so OA is waiting until it's finished in order to make a correct calculation of needed resources.
