It would be nice for a check box that allows 'Fleet Sender' tasks set to launch at a specific time to use the 'user reserved slots'.

I just tested out this feature for the first time. As an example, I had lets say 8 of 10 fleets in use, and 2 reserved. 1 fleet returned like 5 minutes before the Fleet Sender was scheduled to sent the attack, but the bot/resource builder transport decided to use the newly free slot. At the time the 'Fleet Sender' was supposed to launch my attack, it just sat there w/ 8 of 10 slots used - 2 player reserved. I had to manually press the 'send now' button on the 'Fleet Sender' tab to send my fleet.

edit: Another way to make everything better is to give us an adjustable list to prioritize different OA tasks.
Example:. we have builder, fleet sender, bot, hunter.

Give us a drop down list to put them in the order that is most important to us. So lets say your list is the following
1) fleet sender
2) builder
3) bot
4) hunter

you have a scheduled task set to execute a fleet send in 10 minutes, a fleet is returning in 5 minutes. The priority list will see that fleet sending is more important than attacking inactives, so it will hold off on using the bot until the fleet sender is able to launch it's attack.

edit 2:

Another way is to just do something like this for slot reservations. Lets say I have 10 slots:
Bot - 6 slots reserved
Builder - 1
Fleet Sender - 2
Hunter - 1

I think this last option would be the simplest to implement.
