Try to use a DB connector from IDE like Eclipse,
the driver is OA/libs/derby-10-6-2-1.jar , driver = "org.apache.derby.jdbc.EmbeddedDriver"
DB physic location OA/Database/OGameServer

Or From java :
login = OGameServer (maybe without points don't remember)
password = "AccessDBPassword";
System.setProperty("derby.system.home", System.getProperty("user.dir")+File.separatorChar+"Database");
dbConnection = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:derby:"+ OGameServer , ... );

Thx for all information,

but i don't reach a connection to my database on my PC, i append a printscreen of my eclipse connection configuration:

my OA folder is: D:/OGameAutomizer
my OA database folder is: D:/OGameAutomizer/Database/uni40.ogame.it

in this configuration windows:

Driver Name: MyEclipse Derby I SUPPOSE IS A DESCRIPTION ONLY

Connection URL: jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/D:/OGameAutomizer/Database/uni40.ogame.it it's correct?

User Name: uni40ogameit or uni40.ogame.it?

Password: AccessDBPassword or my Password?

Driver Jars: D:\OGameAutomizer\libs\derby-10-6-1-0.jar

Driver Class Name: org.apache.derby.jdbc.EmbeddedDriver

on this configuration, if i clik on test connection button, eclipse response is:

please help me :D

best regards
Alessandro.

seems normal as you have indicated localhost:PORT

It's an embedded database, no need for a TCP connection.

User Name: uni40ogameit (without points as I supposed to ;))
Password: AccessDBPassword

Tutorial for installation of DB Dev. for Eclipse, in 5 mins it's done :

Thanks for all the information you have sent me,

I have set the database connection OA and I exported the data using a SQL query,

now I want to understand how you built the windows of OA. I have seen some examples in performed using the Eclipse Java program, these examples show the construction of the window by using java code ... I would like to ask you if you could draw the window in the program such as Visual Studio using predefined graphic objects.

I develop software at a basic level using the Visual Basic program. net (ver2008) and I want to get closer to the java programming and java (GUI ) to make my software available for other operating systems.

I as an example I have downloaded your previous version of OA that contains the source code (old version).

I thank you in advance for the time you're in this post, I have do you compliments for the excellent work you've done in the development of OA in its particular functions.

p.s.: JFormDesigner http://www.formdev.com/jformdesigner/ is good plugin for Eclipse?

this plugin is not a free distribution, but if solve me a problem to create a GUI interface, i buy it.

greetings!

Alessandro
